Registration form for the 5th Community Workshop of NFDI4Microbiota

Hereby, we warmly invite researchers from the German microbiology research community to take part in the 5th NFDI4Microbiota Community Workshop. This workshop will take place on Friday, the 18th of March 2022 from 10:00 to 12:00 AM CEST and will be held online. The workshop’s language is English.

About NFDI4Microbiota:

NFDI4Microbiota is the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) for the Research of Microbiota. The National Research Data Infrastructure was initiated by the German Council for Scientific Information Infrastructures (RfII) and the Joint Science Conference (GWK) to overcome the lack of infrastructure to systematically manage scientific and research data in specific fields. NFDI4Microbiota aims at supporting researchers in microbiology (bacteriology, virology, protistology, mycology, immunology and parasitology) by providing them with an infrastructure (e.g. computing infrastructure, (meta)data repositories) and services (e.g. analytical tools, training courses). NFDI4Microbiota’s overarching goal is to make the analysis of multi-omics data related to microbial species and diverse microbiomes accessible, consistent and reproducible.

During the workshop, we will introduce the NFDI4Microbiota consortium and its goals and tasks. First achievements and results will be reported to update our community. In addition, we will kick off our ambassador program to bilaterally interact with our community and spread news and results to them. If you are interested in joining, please let us know in the registration form.

Please register in the form below until the 13th of March 2022.

If you are interested in being a very valuable part of our community as an ambassador, please register here.
